No refund for dedicated server or early termination of service.
There is an additional setup fee of RM 150 for any upgrades/downgrades requested after
the initial setup. Upgrade Setup fee is waived if upgrades are ordered together with the new server.
No spamming/bulk/UCE, no Porn, no Gambling and no illegal sites allowed.
All Servers are un-managed
unless stated otherwise. We will take care of the Network Connectivity and Hardware failures while the customer is responsible for the rest.
